Project Description:
. worked on a Service Cloud implementation project for American Honda Motor (AHM). The goal was to streamline customer service and dealer support. I configured Service Cloud features like Case Routing, Entitlements, Omnichannel, and Knowledge Base so that customer service agents could resolve inquiries faster. I developed custom Apex and Visualforce solutions for VIN validation, warranty status check, and Web-to-Case with reCAPTCHA. I also integrated Salesforce with the Dealer Management System and Customer Data Platform using REST APIs, so that agents could see purchase date, ownership, and warranty details directly inside Salesforce. We set up reports and dashboards for SLA tracking, case escalations, and customer satisfaction metrics.
