Job Description
• Responsible for counselling the students who are seeking to study abroad in various countries like the USA, UK, CANADA, GERMANY, and AUSTRALIA.
• Responsible for counselling the students for different courses like IELTS, GRE, SAT, TOEFL and forming the batches for the same.
• Responsible for the timely follow up of enquires till they register
• Discovering new methods of counselling to grow the sales ratio with every season
• Advises students about admission and program requirements for undergraduate, diploma, and graduate programs
• Make outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed an interest to study outside India.
• Provide excellent service to potential students through consistent and effective outreach and follow-up.
• Counselling and consulting students throughout enrolment process through e-mail, chat, text and phone.
• Managing student applications from original entry through, to payment
• Working with prospective students, applicants and their families to provide high quality advising on university/school admission requirements, academic programs, and school life.
• Managing company-generated CRM database of inquiries and leads, recording all conversion activities, contact details, profiles, contact history, decisions and outcomes.
• Other related duties as required from time to time.
