10 to 15 Years in Kilolab or Pilot plant (preferable oncology API manufacturing experience) Education Qualification: BE/B.Tech Chemical Engineering
Job responsibility:
Responsible for manufacturing of API and intermediates according to pre-approved instructions. Review of MFR and preparation of Equipment suitability, process Risk assessment, Hazop and BMR in coordination with cross functional team.
Technology transfer from R&D to plant scale. Evaluation of equipment and facility Feasibility and proposing for facility modification based on technical and safety assessment. Improvement, continuous review and up gradation of existing production SOPs and work systems and to ensure their strict implementation.
Planning of production, Raw materials and manpower according to the requirement. Monitoring of Trial and validation batches at Kilolab and ensuring flawless execution of new products validation as per the time line
