Brief Job Description:
- Supervision of machine shop employees.
- Planning – Develop weekly/daily plans for the machine shop (CNC) based on monthly planning.
- Check for material requirements and coordinate with stores/purchase for the same.
- Train the workers to achieve the Daily/monthly production plan.
- Operate CNC machine when required (Bending & Punching Machines)
- Process improvement – Identify critical areas for process improvements.
- Implement, Improve & Initiatives and share the results/feedback
- Ensure Safety Practices in the machine shop.
- Have preventive machine maintenance and track the same.
