Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and managing a sales team. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, meeting with potential clients, collaborating with internal teams, and keeping up-to-date with industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Sales and marketing skills with experience in the technology industry
  • Ability to understand and analyze market trends, financial data, and sales results to create effective strategies
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain successful client relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and project management skills
  • Experience in managing a sales team
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in IT solutions and services is a plus
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and market trends in the IT industry is a plus.
