Dear All,We have a requirement for the position of Technician – Electrician at Nexus Centre City Mall Mysore. Please find below the job description:
*Experience – 3 – 6 Years
*Salary – As per market standards
-Ensure cleanliness of the LT panel room, Electrical rooms, DG Room, Transformer room, etc and Panels by physical inspection
-Ensure all the check lists for Panel Maintenance as per the requirements for all checks and maintenance works and should be documented
– documenting all AMC and CMC reports as per the schedule
-To provide and maintain continuous electrical power for lighting and other utility services all over the Mall so as to ensure that all services and service design of the Mall are met
-The distribution of electrical power for the Mall shall be such so as to ensure isolation of any area by circuit breakers from a central area (L T room).
-All electrical equipments and motors shall have the safety device to protect them during fault conditions
-All safety devices & Spare capacity systems of the plant shall be kept operational at all times and tested once every 3 months
-The unit in – charge shall prepare a health report of all equipment as per the format
-All electrical complaints shall be received during operating hours and thereafter communicated to the engineering department. Proper records will be maintained for all the complaints received and action taken.
-Electrical safety shall be maintained to the highest standards meeting the safety requirements including Lightening arrestors should be checked as per the schedules & Earth pits should be maintained and checked as per the schedules
-Any other areas like HVAC, Plumbing, Fire, Painting, Carpentry etc to be carried out as per the Mall operation
